Today, the MICE portal is one of the leading event portals in Germany and Europe. We offer various software products for the purchase and organization of events. Our employees are our most valuable asset and we are fully aware of this. Currently, MICE Portal GmbH employs almost 60 people who are supported and challenged according to their tasks. As a component of the MICE portal they are the driving force by which we make the booking of events substantially easier for our customers and make costs plannable by constant transparency.

Since the company was founded, 38 trainees have already successfully completed their training. The MICE Portal GmbH offers training places for event management assistants, for office management assistants, for event management dual studies and for system programmers. Right from the start, Countess von Brühl was "concerned about promoting young talents," so she hires at least two trainees each year. This commitment is also evident in her voluntary work, since 2000 she has been an examiner and lecturer at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
